Epona's Design Process
What is the design process? We will discuss what you are looking for in your web design. You will receive a design questionnaire which will allow us to get a feel of your style and assist us in preparing a detailed and accurate proposal for you. After reviewing your questionnaire we will have a proposal and estimate for your within a week. After a client agrees to have Epona's Web design their site a contract agreement must be signed prior to any work beginning on the site.
Once the client gathers and sends all content (text, photos, logos, etc.) we can begin working on the site. We can be hired out by Northern Virginia clients to take photos on location, either at a barn or at the shows for an additional fee. Our photo service is offered only to local clients at this time. Sorry!
What is a prototype? Before a client's website goes live there will be a design prototype available to our clients to look over prior to their site going live. A client's feedback is very crucial at this stage. We will work with our clients to fine tune the mock up. We will not be happy with any results until our clients are happy! Rest assured we want to produce the best quality design we can!
How long? 24-60 days which depends on the size and design within the site. Sometimes sites can be finished ahead of schedule. If a site should take longer due to custom graphics and images the client will be notified. On rare occasions we can make exceptions for sites that need a certain deadline!
How much? We offer many design packages to choose from. Prices range and packages can be tailored to suite your specific needs and budget. We are doing our best to keep our services affordable. If you see a package option you like but want more, we can customize our packages. When customizing packages we will first create a proposal including the estimate of the price!
Epona's Logo Design
Epona's Web also creates quality equine graphics and logo design. All of logos are original custom designs and created by our in house artist, Lyndsey Warren.
A client will receive 3-6 logo design samples to choose from. Lyndsey will continually rework all the designs until her clients find exactly what they are looking for! Epona's Web offers a fast and efficient turn around time. A complete logo design kit includes vector and common file types.
Logo Design:
$500 includes sketches, mock ideas, and final image. All logos designed by Epona's web stay on file here at the studio for further editing by client's request.

Epona's Photography Services
Do you need images for your website? Do you need images for a magazine spread? A sales listing? Or do you just want memorable shots of your favorite equines to adorn your walls? Please consider Epona's Web and artist Lyndsey Warren to take those much needed shots!
Lyndsey will travel throughout the Northern Virginia Area as well Frederick Maryland.
Rates: Farm shoots are $150 per horse up to five horses (each horse over that will be charged at $75 per horse) plus travel expense for shoots more than 50 miles from Leesburg Virginia.
Digital Files: Client receives a CD with 10-20 edited photos, or in the case of multiple horses, 10 edited photos per horse. Unlimited print and print usage.

Digital retouching can fix almost any photo by removing hands, halters, fences, etc. We will brighten, sharpen, and adjust the color of your photo to make your horse look it's very best. We can do anything from adjusting the color, to removing objects, adding objects, scenery, etc. If you want it then we can usually do it! Just ask us!

We'll use photos of your horse or stallion to create a beautiful ad for you to submit to the equine publication of your choice (AQHA Journal, Horse Illustrated, etc). Your ad can also be used as a flyer to hand out at shows, pin up at feed stores, or mail to prospective breeders and buyers.
